Upload requirements
  • Details of any Permit or Occupancy Permit/Certificate of Final Inspection issued in the preceding 10 years.
  • Details of any current statement issued under regulation 64(1) (combined allotment) or 231(2) (subdivision) of the Building Regulations 2018.
  • Details of any current notice or order issued by the relevant building surveyor under the act.

 

Fee value: $55.10
  • Liable to flooding within the meaning of Regulation 5(2).
  • Designated under regulation 150 as an area in which buildings are likely to be subject to attack by termites.
  • In an area for which a bushfire attack level has been specified in a planning scheme.
  • An area designated under regulation 152 as likely to be subject to significant snowfall.
  • Designated land (any land declared to be designated land under Part 10 of the Water Act 1989).
  • Designated works (any works declared to be designated works under Part 10 of the Water Act 1989).

The following additional information is also included:

  • Bushfire prone area as designated under Building Regulation 155.
  • Area that is sewered.

  • Provide approved dates of the inspections carried out of the mandatory notification stages of building work carried out on the building or land.

Property Information (Reg. 51 sections) is processed within 4-5 days from receipt of the application.
