Certificate of Currency
You will need your Public Liability Insurance Policy ‘Certificate of Currency’ noting Colac Otway Shire as an interested party (with proof of a minimum $20 million Public Liability Insurance* coverage).
Please be advised that it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy covers the activity or event relevant to the application.

LIVESTOCK DROVING IS NOT TO COMMENCE UNTIL PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THE LOCAL LAWS DEPARTMENT. Livestock Local Law 3 - Part 2 - Section 13
