Application for a Livestock Grazing Permit

You will need the following documentation to attach to this application:

1. Certificate of Currency
You will need your Public Liability Insurance Policy ‘Certificate of Currency’ noting Colac Otway Shire as an interested party (with proof of a minimum $20 million Public Liability Insurance* coverage).
Please be advised that it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy covers the activity or event relevant to the application.

2. Site Plan Documentation
A printed or drawn map with clear and detailed parameters of the grazing site
